We're a pet-friendly community. You can have up to two pets in your apartment. There's a required pet deposit, a one-time non-refundable pet fee, and a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. All fees and deposits are due before move-in, and our team can give you the exact amounts. All pets need to meet our property requirements and be approved by management. We do have breed restrictions, which include (but aren't limited to) Chows, Rottweilers, Pit Bulls/American Staffordshire Terriers, Cane Corsos, Mastiffs, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Akitas, Irish Wolfhounds, American Bulldogs, Great Danes, and American Bullies, as well as any mix that includes a restricted breed. Because of that, we'll need you to disclose your pet's breed before you start the application. These requirements don't apply to qualified assistance animals. Breed Restrictions apply to the following breeds but not limited to Chows, Rottweilers, Pit Bulls (American Staffordshire Terriers), Cane Corso, Mastiffs (all breeds), Dobermans, German Shepherds, Akitas, Irish Wolf Hounds, American Bulldogs, Great Danes, American Bully, or any breed, hybrid breed, or other animal which includes a mix of any breed prohibited by this policy. You'll need to disclose the breed of your animal(s) before you begin the application process. Breed, size, weight, number requirements, fee, and deposit requirements do not apply to qualified assistance animals.
